Contract Termination Clause
Contract Flexibility Policy
Clients may terminate any contract prior to the expiration of the term by providing thirty (30) days written notice. Upon early termination without notice, the contract will be retroactively re-billed at our standard Month-to-Month rate for the months serviced to date. Client agrees to pay the cumulative difference on their final invoice to settle the account.
